一个优秀的产品库应该包括什么内容?或者，应该提供哪些功能？
1、产品资料
产品资料包括产品的图片 、功能参数和价格等信息。
2、易用的导航
重要的是能找到东西。理想状态，可以对用户产生指导。
3、与用户的互动
产品库的内容应该>>说明书。那么，仅靠维护人员和官方资料是远远不够的。怎么办？发挥用户的力量。
4、用户体验
理想状态，产品的每一项功能都应该有用户的评价。通过某个通用功能的评分，我们甚至可以轻易看到某项功能的横向评比结果。
5、相关资讯
一切相关内容。包括但不限于新闻、评测、软件、图赏、报价、销售、维修等等信息。
